Here are 50 great deals you can snag ahead of Amazon’s fall Prime Day event

Bose’s QuietComfort Earbuds offer excellent noise cancellation, especially at $149.

Amazon recently announced that its fall Prime Day sale — once again dubbed Prime Big Deal Days — will kick off on Tuesday, October 7th, and run through October 8th. While you have a few weeks to get your wishlist in order, the retailer isn’t waiting for the main event to roll out the savings. Amazon has already started dropping early deals and discounts on a range of gadgets, from phones to charging stations. You can even get three months of Kindle Unlimited for free.

We saw some great deals during Amazon’s four-day Prime Day event in July — hell, Apple’s latest iPad Mini dropped to a cool $379 — so we’re hoping to see similar worthwhile discounts this time around. Below, we’ve rounded up the best sales currently available ahead of Prime Big Deal Days. We’ll be updating this guide as more deals drop, so be sure to bookmark this page to stay on top of the latest discounts.

11-inch iPad Air M3

The new 11-inch iPad Air comes with Apple’s M3 chip and GPU upgrades. It’s available in dark gray, blue, purple, and a “starlight” cream shade. Read our review.

Where to Buy:

Beats Studio Buds

The Studio Buds feature support for iOS and Android as well as noise cancellation, a cozy fit, and good sound quality for the price. They don’t offer the same features as Apple’s iconic AirPods, but their broader compatibility may make them a fine choice on a budget. Read our review.

Where to Buy:

Apple Watch Series 11 (42mm, GPS)

Apple’s latest Apple Watch mostly offers iterative hardware and software tweaks, including slightly better battery life and support for FDA-cleared hypertension notifications. It also features a more scratch-resistant display and a power-efficient 5G modem. Read our review.

Where to Buy:

  • The new Apple Watch SE 3 is the model we recommend this year, and it’s getting a launch discount for $239.99 ($10 off) at Amazon. The deal isn’t tied to Prime Day, per se, so non-members can take advantage of the ongoing launch promo. The SE3 introduces a myriad of upgrades, including an always-on display, on-device Siri, and sleep apnea notifications. It’s worth noting that many of these “new” features were previously introduced on the Series 8, 9, and 10, but they greatly improve Apple’s entry-level model, making it our favorite Apple Watch for most people right now. Read our review.
  • The Apple Watch Ultra 3 is another new release that’s getting an early-bird discount for anyone, including non-Prime members, who can grab it starting at $779.99 ($20 off) at Amazon. The updated wearable offers up to 42 hours of battery life (or 72 hours in Low Power mode), a slightly larger display, and satellite connectivity, allowing you to send messages when you’re off the grid and away from 5G connectivity (which the watch now supports). The Ultra 3 also supports hypertension notifications, which can alert you if signs of chronic high blood pressure are detected. Read our impressions.
  • 8BitDo’s Pro 2 may not be the latest, greatest model available — that title goes to the 8BitDo Pro 3 — but it’s still a good option you can pick up for $42.49 (about $7 off) at Amazon. I’ve been using the wireless gamepad to play games on the Nintendo Switch 2, and it works great with Donkey Kong Bananza (aside from the horrible rumble feedback, which you can thankfully turn off). The retro controller features drift-free Hall effect joysticks, two back buttons on the rear grips, and a switch that allows you to quickly toggle between a range of devices — including the Switch, Steam Deck, smartphones, and Windows PCs.

JBL Go 3

The last-gen JBL Go 3 may not be quite as powerful as larger models in JBL’s current lineup, but it remains a great pool-ready Bluetooth speaker that can fit in your pocket.

Where to Buy:

  • The UE Wonderboom Play is on sale for around $57 (about $33 off) at Amazon, Walmart, and Target, which is $9 more than its all-time low. The portable Bluetooth speaker delivers big bass in a form factor that’s about the size of a softball; however, despite its compact design, it offers up to 10 hours of continuous playback and an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance, making it well-suited for lazy days outside now that it’s finally cooling down (the low this week in my area of Arizona will be only 82 degrees!).

Google Pixel Buds Pro 2

Significantly smaller and lighter than their predecessors, the Pixel Buds Pro 2 also offer stronger noise cancellation, a crystal clear transparency mode, and lengthy battery life. Read our review.

Where to Buy:

Google Pixel 9 (128GB)

Google’s Pixel 9 has a slightly larger 6.3-inch OLED display than its predecessor, along with a Tensor G4 processor, a bigger battery, 12GB of RAM, and a dual rear camera setup with a new 48-megapixel sensor for its ultrawide. Read our review.

Where to Buy:

  • If you have holiday travel plans, now’s a great time to prepare with a four-pack of AirTag, which is down to $74.99 ($25 off) at Amazon and Walmart — about $10 shy of its all-time low. The Bluetooth trackers offer a simple one-tap setup and allow you to keep track of your luggage via Apple’s Find My app. They also feature an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance, and leverage ultra-wideband technology for precise tracking with iPhone 11 models and later. Read our original review.
  • You can protect your Nintendo Switch 2 with Tomtoc’s slim FancyCase-G05, which is on sale at Amazon in select colors for Prime members for $30.99 ($6 off). The sleek carrying case features a minimalist design that perfectly fits the new handheld console. It boasts a protective hard shell, an adjustable carrying handle, and 12 game card slots, allowing you to take your console and library of games wherever you go.

Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max (2023)

Amazon’s latest streaming stick is faster than its predecessor with Wi-Fi 6E and double the storage. It also now displays widgets and artwork when idle while continuing to offer Alexa integration.

Where to Buy:

Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K (2023)

The latest version of Amazon’s zippy Fire TV Stick 4K streams in 4K resolution, as its name suggests, and features support for Wi-Fi 6, Dolby Atmos / Vision, and HDR10 Plus.

Where to Buy:

  • The latest Amazon Fire TV Cube is currently down to $99.99 ($40 off) at Amazon, Best Buy, and B&H Photo, just $10 shy of its all-time low. The streaming box provides access to Prime Video and your favorite streaming apps, and offers features such as hands-free Alexa and Dolby Vision support. I’ve been using the third-gen Fire TV Cube for a few years now, and its octa-core processor delivers blazing fast performance when browsing movie and TV libraries. Read our review.
  • Xiaomi’s Sound Pocket is a durable, compact Bluetooth speaker that you can currently pick up for an all-time low of $26.99 (about $13 off) at Amazon. Xiaomi says the 5W mono speaker lasts up to 10 hours per charge, and two can be paired together for true stereo sound. The speaker’s built-in strap lets you attach it to the loop of a backpack using a carabiner, and it carries an IP67 rating, which means it’s dustproof and can be fully submerged under three feet of water for about half an hour.

Apple MagSafe Charger (2m)

Apple’s latest MagSafe charger now fully supports the Qi2.2 standard, allowing it to charge compatible devices (including the iPhone 17 series and Google’s Pixel 10 lineup) at 25W rates.

Where to Buy:

Anker MagGo Magnetic Charging Station 8-in-1

A Qi2 pad on the front and a party in the back, with three AC outlets and four USB ports. It can deliver up to 67W through a single USB-C port or divided between its two USB-C and two USB-A ports.

Where to Buy:

Jackery Explorer 1000 V2

The Jackery Explorer 1000 V2 offers a higher 1,500W output than its predecessor, along with two USB-C ports, one USB-A port, a DC car port, three AC outlets, and a built-in LED light.

Where to Buy:

  • If you’re looking for something smaller, the Jackery Explorer 500 is down to $298.97 (about $201 off) at Amazon, Walmart, and Jackery. The portable power station offers a 518Wh battery and supports 500W of output power, with an AC outlet, three USB-A ports, two DC ports, and a car port. However, there are no USB-C ports, so you may need to pick up a USB-A to USB-C cable if you own a modern iPhone or Android device. The power station weighs 13.3 pounds and is about the size of a basketball, with a sturdy handle that makes it easy to transport during camping trips.
  • The JBL Live Beam 3 are down to $139.95 ($90 off) right now at Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy, which is the lowest price we’ve seen on the noise-canceling earbuds in weeks. They feature multipoint connectivity, along with a 1.45-inch LED touchscreen on the charging case that lets you manage your music and see notifications for calls and texts. They also feature a handy transparency mode that lets ambient noise in, keeping you aware of your surroundings, and come with an IP55 rating for water and dust resistance.
  • Roku’s latest Streaming Stick Plus is currently down to around $29 (about $10 off) at Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy, just a few bucks shy of its all-time low. The affordable streaming stick supports 4K video and features Roku’s excellent UI, which many people love for its easy navigation and lack of ads, along with access to your favorite streaming apps. The Streaming Stick Plus also comes with a powerful voice remote, making it easy to search for your favorite movies, shows, and launch your favorite apps.

They also include an integrated spotlight for recording video at night and two-way audio, allowing you to talk to friendly visitors. Meanwhile, Arlo estimates the battery can last for up to four months, though your mileage will vary depending on the settings.
  • Amazon is currently offering a three-month subscription to Kindle Unlimited for free — something I immediately took advantage of when it went live. The service typically costs $11.99 per month, so the deal saves you $35.97 over the course of the trial. Keep in mind that your subscription will automatically renew once the trial period is over. If you sign up, you’ll get access to a library of more than four million books, thousands of audiobooks, and an assortment of magazines. Some must-read titles include classics like The Canterbury Tales and the entire series of The Expanse.
  • Motorola’s latest Moto G Power has returned to an all-time low of around $249 ($50 off) at AmazonBest Buy, and Motorola’s online storefront. The budget-friendly smartphone boasts a 6.8-inch 120Hz LCD display, a 5,000mAh battery, and wireless charging support, not to mention a 3.5mm audio jack. Where to Buy:

  • Levoit’s Core 300-P air purifier is currently down to $84.99 ($15 off) at Amazon, matching the low we last saw during July Prime Day. The air purifier promises to filter out 99.97 percent of ultra-fine particles, including pollen, dust, and animal dander, resulting in cleaner indoor air. It weighs just under eight pounds and measures approximately 14 inches tall, making it a good option for small bedrooms.
  • Coway’s Airmega AP1512HH(W), another air purifier we recommend, is on sale for $159.99 ($70 off) at Amazon, which is slightly more expensive than its lowest price to date. It features a four-stage filtration system, including a HEPA filter, promising to reduce up to 99.97 percent of particles, including pollen. I’ve been using this air purifier for the last few years, and it helps keep my toddler’s playroom fresh. It’s easy to clean, and replacing the HEPA filter only takes a few minutes. I just wish it offered app support, like the more expensive AP-1512HHS.

Blink Outdoor 4

The 1080p Blink Outdoor 4 security camera offers support for motion detection, night vision, and two-way audio. There’s the option of local recording with the bundled Sync Module 2 (the newer Sync Module XR is out, but we haven’t tested it yet), and unlike the third-gen model, it supports person detection and has a wider field of view.

Where to Buy:

Ring Battery Doorbell Plus

This wireless Ring doorbell has great video quality, head-to-toe view, and speedy response times for a battery doorbell. It works with Amazon Alexa and can send alerts for people and packages with a Ring Home subscription.

Where to Buy:

Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam

The Ring Pan-Tilt Indoor Cam is the company’s first indoor camera that can rotate 360 degrees to give you a full view of your home. While it’s a big upgrade to the company’s smallest camera, it lacks automatic motion tracking.

Where to Buy:

  • The already affordable Blink Mini is down to just $17.99 ($12 off) at Amazon and Best Buy, which is a mere $3 shy of its best price to date. The compact indoor camera can record 1080p video and supports features like motion detection (with alerts on your phone), night vision, and two-way audio, so you can tell your pooch to get off the couch while you’re away. Like the Blink Outdoor 4, the Mini supports local recording with the Sync Module 2, which you can view via the Blink app. Read our review.
  • The iOttie Easy One Touch Car Mount is a great road trip companion, and it’s down to $17.99 (about $7 off) at Amazon. Thanks to its clever “one touch” mechanism, you can easily mount your device with one hand. The car mount has a strong suction that can stick to your dashboard or windshield, freeing up your AC vents, and it offers wide compatibility with smartphones and cases of different sizes. It also features a magnetic tab near the bottom, which helps keep the charging cable organized.

Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop

The Shark Matrix Plus 2-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop mops very well — doing a swinging, scrubbing movement with its rear end when in “Matrix mode.” However, you have to manually fill and attach the mop reservoir and empty the bin when it mops, as it only self-empties in vacuum mode and can only avoid larger objects.

Where to Buy:

  • Anker’s 313 Wireless Charger can only supply up to 10W of power, but if you need a basic charging stand for juicing your phone overnight, it’s currently down to just $13.58 (about $6 off) at Amazon, nearly matching its all-time low. The Qi-certified charger can prop up your phone in either portrait or landscape — it can even activate Apple’s handy StandBy mode — so you can easily see notifications as they come in. The 313’s charging speeds are significantly slower than those offered by more modern options equipped with Qi2, but it’s still a solid choice if you own a smartphone that’s a few years old.

Birdfy Feeder 1

Birdfy’s entry-level smart feeder features a 1080p camera and an app that lets you view birds up close as they munch on seeds. The second-gen wireless earbuds offer fantastic active noise cancellation and features like wireless charging, multipoint Bluetooth connectivity, and a nifty transparency mode. You can also customize the sound profile for music with a five-band EQ, and you get up to eight hours of battery life with ANC enabled. Not bad! Read our impressions.

Where to Buy:
