Eligibility Requirements by Position

1. Finance Management / Internal Audit (Officer)

CA / Semi-CA or bachelor’s degree in management from a recognized university
Passed equivalent examination in the relevant field
Minimum 2 years of work experience at officer level in a related sector

2. Information Technology (Officer / Assistant)

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from a recognized university
Passed equivalent examination in IT
Minimum 4 years of work experience in a related field

3. Agriculture Technician (Assistant)

Passed I.Sc. Ag. / Veterinary / JTA examination from a recognized institution
Experience in providing technical services in rural areas for agriculture and livestock
At least 1 year of work experience in livestock treatment, counseling, or training

4. Branch Head / Field Assistant (Assistant)

Minimum proficiency certificate (+2) or equivalent from a recognized university
Passed equivalent examination
Minimum 2 years of experience in branch head or field assistant responsibilities

5. Assistant Trainee (Assistant)

Proficiency certificate (+2) or equivalent passed from a recognized institution
No prior experience required
Training position — suitable for fresh graduates

Work Area for Assistant Trainee

Koshi Province: Solukhumbu, Sankhuwasabha, Taplejung, Okhaldhunga, Khotang, Bhojpur, Dhankuta, Tehrathum, Panchthar. Bagmati Province: Dhading, Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Sindhupalchok, Dolakha, Ramechhap. Gandaki Province: Myagdi, Parbat, Baglung, Syangja, Mustang, Manang, Lamjung, Gorkha. Lumbini Province: Palpa, Gulmi, Pyuthan. Staff may also be deployed to other districts beyond the listed ones as per institutional need.

Female applicants receive a 5-year age relaxation at the upper limit for all categories.

Salary & Benefits

Salary and service benefits are as per the institution’s staff regulations. For the Assistant Trainee position, the monthly stipend is Rs. 25,080, along with communication and health insurance facilities.

Examination Type

For Assistant Trainee: written examination followed by an interview or both. For other positions: interview only. Shortlist and exam/interview details will be published on the institution’s official website.
